FAQ

There are 3 options:

1. Collections are possible during our opening hours in Wevelgem and/or Koksijde

2. The shipping costs for DPD in Belgium are 8 euros per package.

Average delivery time 2/4 working days

3. Pallet shipments in Belgium = 90 euros (multiple images can be placed on a pallet)

Deliveries with large transport are delivered up to the first threshold on the ground floor, or up to where the driver can reach with the pump truck.

A pump truck cannot cross thresholds, gravel, loose stones, grass or other unpaved paths.

It may therefore happen that we cannot bring your order to the front door.

 

Do you live in a flat? Then we will deliver your order downstairs to the porch. You must ensure that the products are brought in / upstairs.

 

Please take into account that you have enough people available for heavy and/or large products. The pallet(s) and packaging material remain with you.

Someone must be present on the day of delivery (the driver calls 1 hour in advance, no time can be agreed upon)

You can call the transport company on the morning of delivery to find out a time indication.

Delivery day to be agreed after ordering.

Orders by courier are delivered by us on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

You will receive a track & trace email with which you can track your order.

Average delivery time 1/2 working days after receipt by Bpost

Pallet shipping

Orders by carrier (ordered before 2 pm)

- Ordered on Monday - delivery Thursday

- Ordered on Tuesday - delivery Thursday

- Ordered on Wednesday - delivery Friday

- Ordered on Thursday - delivery Monday

- Ordered on Friday - delivery Thursday

- Ordered on weekend - delivery Thursday

Reservations can only be made in the store or by e-mail with payment of an advance.

This way you are also sure that your product is reserved.

Then you can report this to us within 14 days after receiving your online ordered product.

After this you will have another 14 days to return your product in its original condition and packaging if you meet the conditions for the return

 

Attention: The right of withdrawal only applies if you live in a country within the European Economic Area

Conditions for returns

The cancellation has been reported within 14 days after delivery via the withdrawal form or our online return portal

The product is returned unused and complete (including any accessories, manuals, etc.) in its original packaging.

The product you wish to return is not in the list of exceptions (see step 1)

Shipments "postage paid by the recipient" and "cash on delivery" will be refused.

Shipping costs will not be refunded when you return part of the order. Have you ordered multiple products online, of which one will be returned? Then we cannot return shipping costs.

Shipment of pallets cannot be returned via normal means, you must bring them to our store.

If a returned product does not meet the conditions for cancellation and / or is in the list of exceptions, Asian Import cannot process and process it.

List exceptions

- Goods purchased for business (by company and/or VAT number)

- Special transport and delivery costs

- Vouchers, coupons, product codes, vouchers, etc.

- Specially tailored and/or ordered products

- Goods in public sale, sale by auction or total sale

- Used, soiled, damaged or incomplete items

- Orders that are picked up in our store

- Articles of which the packaging (or part of it) has been opened in such a way that they can no longer be sold as new

if there are visible traces of use or damage, we can only refund a partial reimbursement.

As soon as your order has arrived with us, you will receive a confirmation of receipt.

The costs for return shipments are the responsibility of the buyer (and must look for a shipping label yourself)

Reimbursement (in whole or in part) will take place no later than 14 days after receipt of the product and approval of the cancellation request by Asian Import.

Shipping costs will not be refunded when you return part of the order. Have you ordered multiple products online, of which one will be returned? Then we cannot return shipping costs.
